Admission
Admission for the academic year commences in the first week of December on first come first serve basis. Normally admissions are open in play group and Nursery only, While admission to other classes depends on vacancies. The recommended age for admission to the Nursery is 3 + i.e. the child should complete 3 years on or before 15th April of the year of admission.
Documents forming part of the form are prescribed there in.

Fee Information
For the convenience of parents, the school fees and conveyance charges (Bus) are deposited at any of the branches of ICICI Bank across Gwalior. The school will provide the Fees Pay-in-slip for the entire session. Please note that a late fee @ 1% of Fee being paid per month will be charged if monthly fees not paid before the last day of every month. Parents have to provide original paid fees pay-in-slip on demand of school.



School Uniform and Code
Sample of the uniform will be displayed on the School Notice Board. School uniforms, books & stationery are not sold within school premises. Parents are free to buy these from the market.

School Uniform
As prescribed by the school it is compulsory for all students to wear the approved uniform.

Summer Uniform -
Boys - Green T-shirt (with school mono), Denim (Blue) shorts, White socks, Black shoes.
Girls - Green T-shirt (with school mono), Denim (Blue) D-skirt, white socks, Black Shoes.

Sports Uniform -
Boys and Girls - Pink T-shirt (with school mono), Denim Blue shorts / D-skirt, White socks, White Canvas Shoes

Winter Uniform -
Boys and Girls - Yellow full sleeves sweat shirt (with school mono), Navy blue lower and navy blue jacket with hood (with school mono), White socks and Black shoes.

8:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Summer)
9:10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Winter)

Classes U.K.G., I. & II
8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Summer)
8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (WINTER)
Office 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

School management reserves the right to change the school timings.
Visiting Hours
Parents may meet the
A. Principal on all Thursdays between 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
B. Headmistress on all Fridays and Saturdays between 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
C. For Any complaints, Parents can meet the Academic Co-ordinator, not to class teacher.

Scheme of Examination
The objective of the Examination Scheme is to evaluate the learner in a holistic manner so that latent competencies are reflected appropriately in their report. It would also help in identifying the positive attributes and encouraging them rather then identifying what they are not capable of.

Our new approach of observing a child´s progress based on the regular performance of the child gives more supportive learning environment to do well in pre-primary classes-Play group, Nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G.

For classes Nursery to II, the assessment will be made in three terms during the year. In each term the curriculum is spaced out to enable the learners to prepare at their own pace.
1st Term - August
2nd Term - November
3rd Term - March

Attendance
1. It is compulsory for the students to complete 80% of their attendance in the year to make them eligible for promotion to the next class.
2. In case of absence, the leave application, duly signed should be sent to the Principal or class teacher either on the same day or next day invariably.
3. A child returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a Doctor´s certificate permitting him/her to rejoin the school.

Quarantine Period before returning from Disease
Chicken Pox - Till complete falling of scabs.
Measles - 2 weeks after the rash disappear
Mumps - about one month.
Conjunctivities - As per Doctor´s advice.

The school runs on web version software to enable parents to access about their ward. Parents have been provided with a unique login ID for the same. Information regarding student´s progress, attendance, fees, achievements, students´ circulars, assignments, transport, examination, etc. can be viewed through the portal.

Parent Teacher Meeting
The school maintains a close and regular contact with parents through periodic circulars from the Principal. The school diary keeps the channels of communication open between teachers and parents.
Parent-Teacher´s meetings are held at regular intervals to discuss the progress of the students. The parents are advised to meet all the subject teachers on every PTM day and make suggestions, remarks / complaints in writing. Parents active participation in all P.T. Meetings is mandatory and Vital to form multifaceted personalities of their wards.
Note - The students should accompany their parents in school uniform whenever they come for PTM.

Withdrawal
One month´s written notice conveying the intention of withdrawal is to be submitted to the school authorities.

Strike off Roll
Subject to the Provisions of RTE Act & rules made there under. A pupil´s name will be struck off the school roll on the following grounds :
(i) Consistent failure to pay school fees on the due dates.
(ii) Absence from school for a period of 30 continuous days without prior permission of the school authorities.
(iii) Gross misconduct.
Pupil´s whose names are struck off the rolls may be considered for re-admission at the Principal´s discretion, but may be required to go through all the formalities.
